Missouri 4-H Foundation Trustees

The Missouri 4-H Foundation is proud!
We are proud of our long-standing record of support to 4-H programs. The Foundation was incorporated in 1949 to secure and manage financial resources that support and expand the 4-H program.

The Foundation is proud of the thousands of individuals, organizations and businesses who continue to generously invest their financial support in 4-H.

Through the wise use of these financial resources, the 4-H program is enhanced by:

  • Securing seed money to initiate projects or provide additions to current 4-H programs
  • Supporting statewide activities for 4-H'ers from communities throughout Missouri;
  • Sponsoring training of volunteer 4-H leaders;
  • Recognizing and honoring 4-H volunteers, friends and supporters;
  • Providing grants for 4-H membership expansion and leadership development;
  • Establishing scholarships for 4-H members who wish to continue their education beyond high school; and
  • Providing recognition incentives for 4-H members.

We are proud of a long record of sound fiscal management of Foundation resources. Anyone investing in the 4-H program through the Missouri 4-H Foundation has the assurance that the gift will be used wisely and efficiently. This assurance is based on:

  • Sound policy and procedures governed by an active Board of Trustees;
  • Annual audits with reports sent to all investors; and
  • Staff who are trained and experienced in financial accountability and available to provide assistance to investors.
