Study resources can then be requested from your county MU Extension office.  Your county extension office can download information to a CD for your use.  The CD includes the national manual, power point presentations to aide in teaching, etc.

What is WHEP?   This should answer many of your questions about the State Wildlife event. (PDF)

IMPORTANT:  Coaches/Students, effective this year,  the Wildlife Foods Activity for the State Contest will change to correspond with the changes in the national event.  Disregard previous wildlife foods charts.  Download and use the NEW Wildlife Foods chart, which is Region specific. (at left)

Also, senior age division youth competing as a team should study the Wildlife Management Plan information (at left) as the revised format will be used.  It will be a written plan only – no oral presentation.
