The tool kit outlines a process for youth and adults to explore community resources by creating united visions and translating them into plans. The process includes building readiness, visioning and planning, implementation, and change and sustainability components upon which to base any community change effort. The BC process has been tested widely with groups and organizations , including native, indigenous, and international communities. The tools are adaptable for rural, urban and suburban environments.
