COLUMBIA, Mo. - Gene Schmitz, University of Missouri Extension livestock specialist in Warsaw, Mo., received the 2008 Outstanding Agriculturalist Award from the Missouri Farm Bureau Federation, Oct. 28. The MU Extension Council and Farm Bureau in Benton County nominated Schmitz.
